''This Is How I Feel About Jazz'' is the 1957 debut album by jazz musician Quincy Jones. It was originally released in 1957 on ABC Records. When it was reissued on CD in the 1990s it was repackaged as an Impulse! Records release, the ABC jazz label established by Creed Taylor which did not start releasing records until 1961. The Impulse version has a similar cover to the original, shown here, but with the addition of the famous impulse! logo. ==Track listing== # "Walkin'" (Richard Carpenter) – 10:47 # "Stockholm Sweetnin'" (Quincy Jones) – 5:41 # "Evening in Paris" (Jones) – 4:09 # "Sermonette" (Adderley, Hendricks) – 5:58 # "A Sleepin' Bee" (Arlen, Capote) – 4:42 # "Boo's Blues" (Jones) – 5:15 # "Dancin' Pants" # "Be My Guest" # "Kings Road Blues" # "Bright Moon" # "The Oom Is Blues" # "Ballad Medley": What's New/We'll Be Together Again/Time On My Hands/You Go To My Head/Laura :''Recorded on September 29 (1, 2), September 14 (3, 4) and September 19, 1956 (5, 6).''
